We meet clients in person anywhere within about 20 miles of our Seattle office: from Lynnwood and Edmonds in the north to Federal Way in the south, and from Bainbridge Island across the Sound to Sammamish on the plateau. Each city page explains what we handle there, how far away we are, and what to expect on licensing and local taxes.
Outside that radius the engagement runs entirely online: QuickBooks or Xero, a secure document portal and video meetings. Clients in the rest of Washington and across the country get the same bookkeeper, the same CPA and Enrolled Agent, and the same published pricing.
